At Parkwood Sports, we take pride in delivering high-quality sportswear and equipment. Each product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.

🔹 All sales are final. We Only offer returns or exchanges unless the product has a genuine manufacturing defect that went unnoticed at our end.
🔹 Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We currently do not provide reverse pick-up facilities.
🔹 In the rare case you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at support@parkwoodsports.com with your Order ID and a clear picture of the defect within 24 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe cannot be entertained.

Once the product reaches us, our team will conduct a thorough quality check. If approved, the item will be eligible for exchange. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in the same payment method within 10–12 working days from confirmation.

Important Guidelines:

• Products must be returned in unused, unmarked condition, with original packaging, tags, and receipts intact.
• Any product altered by an external service will not be eligible for return/exchange.
• Returns are allowed only for defective/damaged items. Reasons such as dislike of color, design, or change of mind will not be considered.
• Our management’s decision on damaged/defective products and refunds will be final and binding.
